Consultants and advisers need to help Business Owners and Executives to see the big picture; they should be able to tackle specific projects and work in adding the small pieces. Consultants should come with an unbiased and novel approach to help Customers make better informed decisions.
We should also have great discipline and be resilient. Consultants (we) are brought in to work in something that can not be solved internally, when a different and experienced approach, or when customers need information, insights and someone to help them make sense of it.
