Just recently ran thru a book I once read +5 years ago and still recommend. "Our Iceberg is Melting" by John Kotter and Holger Rathgeber... simple fable on how to Manage Change within an organization.
Currently reading "The Four - The Hidden DNA of Amazon, Apple, Facebook and Google" by Scott Galloway. Found it at a small airport store I would never imagined... guess, books will find you rather than the other way around.
